We join Esther and Susie, who are getting on a bit. They explore what most worries / excites them about this unavoidable fact of life. They play the inaugural, best, and possibly final round of the quiz, 'How Old?' where Esther shows off her uncanny ability to recall the birthdays of absolutely everyone. You can also expect a light smattering of comedy sketches.
Their honoured guest is Melanie Hamilton. Aged 57, Melanie resigned from her job as a secretary to follow her lifelong dream of being a professional actress. She'd taken another leap in her 40s - upping sticks with her family and moving to France where they lived happily for several years. Melanie's inspiring story illustrates how 'getting older...can galvanise you to action'.
